I am moving around a lot better since then with a lot less pain. I also told my sister about it who is 51 and has arthritis her back. She told me she feels a hundred times better only doing these a few times a week. Thanks so much for what you do for us on your blog and your website. I also purchased your encyclopedia of joint mobility and the 3 DVD setup is great. I find this type of breathing to work extremely well and the enhanced mind muscle connection may comfort any trainess who might be fearfull of the swing.

With respect,
Karsten Jensen
Strength and Conditioning SpecialistAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-5186815140250716212.post-76071626921868394712008-11-05T22:27:00.000-08:002008-11-05T22:27:00.000-08:00Teresa looks fantastic! as does Jane. 40s?! you w...Teresa looks fantastic! as does Jane.

40s?! you would not know that looking at either of them. This kind of awareness change seems to be more easily understood by the majority of female attendees.

Many men are reluctant to lessen the load in any exercise, in order to learn a new recruitment pattern (think simple chins, for example), or similar. Women seem to have less ego involved in their lifting, it seems to me. Lastly, about 60% of the people in my classes are women, too, like yours.

Warm regards and we might be able to get together in Hawaii 2009.
