If you've been doing Snatches all along, pain-free and with no problem, then you do what you want to do. The guy who wrote in had been doing them for 9 mos, of course, but he'd received no prior KB instruction, so only he and his God know what his form looked like. I did the 120 skips as fast as possible, akin to a sprint. I used the green rope, and it got pretty taxing by the later rounds!
